This training meets MD minimum 6 hours ethics course requirement for recertification
This training will highlight the importance of foundational ethical considerations and concepts. We will:
Discuss and better understand the Peer role and responsibilities.
Discuss and better understand the Peer Support framework and philosophy.
Define and explore the importance of boundary management.
Discuss, define, and practice making ethical considerations, and ethical decisions.
Explore the Principles of ethical decision making.
Develop and practice maintaining healthy boundaries.
Practice our newly acquired Ethical skills.
